Begin your full-day discovery of the capital with Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum - the final resting place of Vietnam’s greatest leader, his traditional stilt house, and the architecturally striking One-Pillar Pagoda nearby. Later on, you will explore the Temple of Literature (or Van Mieu in Vietnamese), a temple dedicated to Confucius and also the site of Vietnam’s first university. Established in 1070 by Emperor Ly Thanh Tong, the university was first opened exclusively for princes and mandarins. This complex is like a peaceful oasis amid the bustling city with ornate gates, pretty water lily ponds, traditional-style pavilions, and well-manicured gardens.
In the afternoon experiencing Hanoians’ life in the 1950s by traversing the Old Quarter on a cycle rickshaw in 45 minutes. This exciting cyclo ride let you discover the cultural heart of Vietnam’s capital where each street is historically dedicated to a particular trade: silver items, silks, medicinal herbs, paper products, tin goods, jewelry, cooking utensils, painting supplies, fish sauce, jars and ceramics... This maze-like quarter stands out with not only old-fashioned Vietnamese houses, pagodas, and temples, but also colonial French buildings, cozy cafes, and colorful shops. The rest of the day will be your free time

On this day, let’s venture to Halong Bay - a fabulous natural wonder that’s approximately 2.5 hours of driving from Hanoi. This world-famous bay is one of the most stunning landscapes in Vietnam with over 1,900 limestone islands and islets, mostly uninhabited and unvisited. These towering formations rise majestically from the emerald waters, creating a breathtaking panorama that helped the bay earn its UNESCO World Heritage status in 1994. Upon arrival, you will soon embark on an inclusive cruise trip through the most splendid attractions of Halong Bay. The trip includes delectable meals with freshly caught seafood, and fun activities onboard after the night falls.

On the next day on Halong Bay, let’s get up at dawn to admire the gorgeous sunrise over the turquoise waters of the bay. The cruise will continue to glide around the bay until it finally docks at the end of the morning.
Traveling back to Hanoi, you will have some refreshment at a hotel near by the railway station till around 9:15pm and get on the overnight train to Sapa.

This morning, you will be greeted by your Sapa local tour guide at the railway station and transferred back to your hotel for breakfast and refreshment.
Then, you will travel to the Tram Ton Pass for the walk into the nature of Hoang Lien Son National Park and visit the plunging Love Waterfall.
Thereupon, you will get to the hill-tribe villages in Sapa for a short trek. Begin with a hike to the heart of the Hoang Lien Mountain range. En route, you will get to admire vast rice fields on the terraces with rivers that wind around, a definite feature of the region. The path passes through Y Linh Ho village, giving you a great opportunity to observe the local people in their colorful clothing. The journey will continue along winding paths and offer breathtaking views of the rice fields nestled in the Muong Hoa valley. You will head to Lao Chai before ending the hike at Ta Van.

After breakfast, you will travel back to Hanoi by comfortable limousine bus and being dropped off at Noi Bai International airport on the way back. Take a domestic flight to Da Nang.
Upon landing in Da Nang, you will be welcomed by your local tour guide and transferred to your hotel in Hoi An for check in and rest.

This morning, begin exploring the charming Hoi An, you will discover the old town of Hoi An, a World Heritage Site classified by UNESCO. The originality of the place is a mixture of Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese and French architectural elements. Along the small streets you will see Chinese houses dated more than two centuries old, the famous Japanese pagoda bridge, a Chinese temple and the house of Tan Ky (which belonged to a rich Vietnamese merchant 200 years ago and has been kept original ever since).
This afternoon, you will visit the countryside section of Hoi An, you will board a one-hour boat ride along Cam Thanh Coconut village. Thereupon, get back to town for resting.

At leisure in the morning till your transfer to Da Nang Airport for your flight to Phu Quoc Island.
