Da Lat

Da Lat, also known as the City of Eternal Spring, is a central highland in southern Vietnam distanced nearly 300km (186 miles) from Ho Chi Minh City. Da Lat was famous as resort center during the French colonial period. The architectures of forested buildings then mostly enchanted with colonial influences, including the Bao Dai King Palace. Spreading on Da Lat town are the pine forest, the Lang Biang Mountain, flower carpets with roughly 300 species and appealing lakes such as Xuan Huong Lake, the Lake of Sighs.
